Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in related work to crew.
• One (1) year of experience as a crew leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a crew in asphalt repair, patching potholes and preparing sites for paving.
• Supervises concrete work including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures; operates heavy equipment as needed.
• Oversees crack sealing, vegetation control, and ROW maintenance to keep city streets safe and compliant.
• Ensures traffic control devices are deployed and that safety policies are followed.
