Job summary

The City of Great Falls seeks a Quality Control Foreman to oversee asset management, inspections, and quality control for street maintenance, construction, and snow/ice control within the City rights‑of‑way. You will provide technical guidance to crews, ensure compliance with standards, and lead safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing daily work, managing inspections, data entry in Cartegraph, and reporting project performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and safety-focused supervision experience.
• Proficient in asset management, data entry, and reporting.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and database use.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and technical guidance to crews and contractors.
• Oversee quality control and inspections for street work and snow/ice control.
• Enter task orders, permits and inspections in asset management systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain organized records of projects and assets.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
