Responsibilities

• Operate heavy and light construction equipment safely for maintenance and construction tasks.
• Perform road maintenance including flagging traffic, asphalt patches, crack sealing, and related activities.
• Spray herbicides/pesticides on City property.
• Maintain ditches, waterways, and storm drains for proper drainage.
• Assist with maintenance of street signage and signal lights.
• Perform preventive maintenance or repair on equipment; conduct snow removal operations.
• Install sandbags for emergency flood control and respond to after-hours needs as required.
