Qualifications

• Valid Kansas driver’s license and meeting commercial liability insurance requirements.
• Valid Kansas commercial driver’s license required within six months of employment.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all city streets, curbs, and sidewalks.
• Clean, repair, and patch potholes and cracks.
• Operate motor vehicle and other equipment as required.

Skills

General knowledge of pavement maintenance and repair

Ability to operate all department equipment

Effective communication skills

Education
