Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to meet and deal tactfully with the general public and communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Frequent physical tasks including carrying, lifting, and moving heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Plant, mow, trim, rake, fertilize, and water the grass on public grounds.
• Maintain public grounds to keep areas in a clean and neat appearance.
• Operate equipment on a regular basis.
• Maintain all department equipment in good working order.
