Job summary

MGM+—an Amazon-owned premium content service—seeks a Production Operations Coordinator to coordinate procurement and delivery of programming assets and support hardware/software content management solutions. You will collaborate globally across editorial, technical, and security teams on asset specifications and secure workflows.

The role involves coordinating content trafficking, managing archives with PAM systems like Iconik, and ensuring compliance with media standards and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadcast operations or digital media operations and content supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Mac computers and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with media management platforms such as Iconik PAM, IBMS, Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Support Network Operations in hardware and software development to drive workflow efficiency.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and Post Production to ensure standards compliance.
• Review and maintain asset and delivery specifications to meet requirements.
• Coordinate trafficking of program content via secure delivery platforms (Aspera, Box).
• Manage archival assets using Iconik PAM for organization and security.
• Perform QC management and escalate issues proactively.
• Guide cross-functional MGM+ teams on hardware/software for secure content processing.
• Experience with media operations and asset management systems and video specs for broadcast/VOD.
• Handle large data sets with attention to detail; proficient with Mac and Airtable/Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Experience with IBMS, Fabric, or similar media management platforms and PAM systems such as Iconik.
• Familiarity with content security protocols and secure media workflows.
