Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a detail‑oriented Delivery Coordinator to support on-time and on-budget post production deliveries. You will track assets, coordinate with outside studios and producers, and ensure adherence to project checklists and QC standards.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you’ll monitor delivery timelines, escalate issues, maintain trackers and documentation, and help implement AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience.
  • 2+ years episodic/film workflows technical experience.
  • Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, or strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • 2+ years experience with quality control processes and creation of domestic and/or international deliverables.
  • Self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate assets and files listed on the delivery checklist to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with outside studios, producers, and production companies under guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with Series Post Production, Localization, Marketing, and Delivery Team leads to support cross-team processes.
  • Monitor QC process for assigned titles and coordinate mitigation with senior leadership.

  • Maintain delivery trackers, status reports, and internal documentation.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders for the audio validation workflow.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheet grids/databases with status.
  • Provide back-up coverage for other team members during time off.
  • Implement and enhance internal AI solutions to automate workflow and processes.

Job ID: 10479756 | Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for ensuring that all Post Production Deliverables for Amazon MGM Studios’ content are received, adhere to technical specifications, follow mandated file naming conventions, and pass Quality Control (QC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support on-time and on-budget delivery process of Amazon MGM Studios series by tracking and coordinating all files listed on the delivery checklist.
  • Assist in coordinating delivery schedules with outside studios, producers, and production companies under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Series Post Production, Localization, Marketing, and Delivery Team leads to support cross-team processes and initiatives.
  • Proactively monitor and track QC process for assigned titles, including flagging issues and coordinating mitigation efforts with senior leadership.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues with delivery timelines that might impact studio release plans to senior team members.
  • Support process and technical innovation initiatives to improve delivery workflows and meet customer needs.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating technical delivery specifications and documentation.
  • Maintain delivery trackers, status reports, and internal documentation to ensure visibility across teams.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the audio validation workflow.
  • Proactively update and maintain spreadsheet grids and/or databases with status.
  • Provide back-up coverage for other team members during their time off.
  • Implement and enhance internal AI solutions to automate workflow and processes.
A Day in the Life

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple series deliveries simultaneously. You will work alongside Delivery Managers to keep projects on track, chase down assets, follow up with vendors, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role will have room to grow and expand into managing delivery workflows independently, owning technical file specifications, and overseeing increasing content volume as our studio continues to grow.

About the Team

Amazon MGM Studios is the content development and production arm of Amazon.com. We make and deliver Amazon Originals content for Amazon Prime and various other customers. Over the past 5 years, we have debuted award-winning and ground-breaking content like The Boys, Fallout, Jack Ryan, and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. The Studio Content Services team covers post production delivery, archive, and distribution of series and movies globally.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of episodic and film workflows technical experience.
  • Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes.
  • Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Experience leveraging and improving internal tools.
  • Experience with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, UHD, HDR, and film workflows.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of sound, dialogue, and music editing and mixing workflows.
  • Experience with deliverables tracking systems or media asset management platforms.
