Job summary

Locality Broadcast Inc. seeks an Account Executive to drive advertising revenue across local TV, streaming, and digital targeting. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals with brands and agencies in your market, leveraging a diverse product portfolio from media to programmatic solutions.

We value strong negotiation skills and a robust network; Salesforce proficiency is essential. Expect a competitive base plus lucrative commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching $200,000–$250,000

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience at a digital agency or in digital sales.
• Strong understanding of the linear advertising market.
• Established client and agency relationships with Strategy/Investment/Media teams.
• Experience selling a diverse product portfolio including streaming, local broadcast, display, mobile and programmatic video.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Experience selling programmatic and OTT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and grow the account list to drive advertising revenue.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients to favorable terms.
• Position Locality to agency directors and decision makers to secure revenue growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
• Meet and exceed quarterly quotas by selling standard media, video, mobile, programmatic, and custom advertising.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Ad-Ops, Broadcast and Account Management teams.
• Identify trends in client markets and industries to upsell opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with Locality’s product offerings and innovations.
