Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Seattle is seeking a Software Development Engineer to own the technical direction of the Stream Management portfolio. You will write design documentation and drive implementation, ensuring backend systems are highly available, scalable and secure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

You will work with distributed systems across languages (C#, C++, Java, Perl), contribute to architecture decisions, and help deliver

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience
5+ years designing large-scale distributed systems
Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or Perl is required

Responsibilities

Own the technical direction of services within the Stream Management portfolio
