Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture of scalable systems.
• 1+ years designing multi-tier, distributed software applications.
• 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
• Experience programming in at least one language (C#, C++, Java or Perl).

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Deliver and Operate secure, reliable and scalable solutions for customer features as well as internal operational improvements.
• Maintain high standard by delivering high quality in your own work and push for a high bar in reviews.
• Work across team boundaries to deliver on projects with ownership and trust.
• Develop deep understanding of the system and service, engage in oncall rotation and customer interactions.
• Demonstrate customer obsession in design, implementation, testing, deployments and operations.
• Improve communication to earn trust and drive consensus with team mates and stakeholders.
• Be engaged in team meetings and continuously drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor juniors and reinforce Amazon's leadership principles daily.
