Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Software Development Engineer to work on the Amazon Managed Flink team. You will help build backend and customer-facing systems, focusing on reliable, scalable infrastructure for real-time stream processing at scale.

You will collaborate with engineers and business leaders to translate strategic needs into features and drive deliveries across a global customer base. The role involves on-call responsibilities and maintaining fault tolerance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of OO design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Work on backend and customer-facing systems, contributing to development and improvement of infrastructure services.
• Build reliable and scalable solutions, collaborating with engineers to solve complex challenges.
