Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis-focused role.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business information.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives with project management, status tracking, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analysis across customers, contracts, regions, and business units.
• Drive the implementation of new processes, tools, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Transform complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Build reporting solutions to gain actionable insights into business performance, profitability and efficiencies.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, and executive-level materials for senior leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
