Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a strategic Delivery Lead / PMO leader to oversee complex AI, data, and customer experience programs from strategy through adoption. This role bridges business goals and delivery, establishing governance and PMO standards to enable fast, high-quality results while guiding cross-functional teams across strategy, architecture, data, analytics, and MarTech.

You will manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, running steering committees and ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years leading program delivery, PMO, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with multi-workstream programs for enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of AI, data, and customer transformation programs from discovery to adoption.
Define charters, roadmaps, governance, milestones, and success metrics.
Create PMO standards, delivery frameworks, and stage gates.
Coordinate cross-domain teams across strategy, data, analytics, CRM, and product.
Translate objectives into clear initiatives and priorities.
Manage risks, budgets, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
Conduct operating reviews, steering committees, and client meetings.
Develop reusable delivery playbooks and improve delivery capability.
