The Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation is responsible for accelerating the evolution of Global Operations by leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, business process redesign, data and analytics capabilities, and digital enablement efforts. This leader understands industry trends and benchmarks to drive key, best-in-class supply chain and operational initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Commercial organizations to simplify complexity, improve decision velocity, and build capabilities required to support Solidigm's continued growth. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, translating business objectives into scalable processes, systems, and organizational capabilities that improve business performance and resiliency.
This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. The compensation range for this role is $160,480 - $266,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
