Fluent English required; German/French/Spanish a plus; master’s degree and 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate transformation are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or PhD) from a top-tier university in business, economics, finance, engineering, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or advisory with corporate transformation.
• Hands-on operational experience in capital markets/post-trade environments.
• Experience running multi-workstream PMO/Transformation Office with governance, RAID, executive reporting.
• Strong analytics and fluency in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels; autonomous and discreet.
• Fluent English; German/French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities across Operations and IT.
• Lead structured delivery frameworks for transformation initiatives.
• Develop target operating models and business processes to improve efficiency.
• Establish KPI frameworks and value tracking; support executive reporting.
• Coordinate governance and decision-making with senior management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase automation.
• Support large-scale transformation and cross-functional programs.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
