Job summary

Metis Strategy seeks an Associate to help clients bridge business and technology challenges. You will analyze organizations, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and partner with clients to develop a roadmap to achieve their desired future state.

You will use frameworks like STAR and Digital Maturity Assessments, conduct research, synthesize data, and communicate recommendations to senior consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing organizations’ capabilities, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and partner to develop a roadmap to achieve the desired future state.
• Apply frameworks (STAR, World Class IT, Digital Maturity Assessment) to dissect client issues and prepare recommendations.
• Perform primary and secondary research; synthesize data; present actionable findings to clients.
