Job summary

Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Strategy seeks a Senior Associate to drive strategic priorities, launch new products, and explore growth in new markets. The role involves partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams to execute on high-priority projects and potentially rotate across lines of business.

You will collaborate with data science, finance, product, and marketing teams, building rigorous analyses and contributing to executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, startups/FinTech, investment banking or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new subjects quickly.
• Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategic priorities for Chase, serving as an objective thought partner to the C-suite and other senior leaders.
• Collaborate with teams across LOBs and functional areas (e.g., data science, finance, product, marketing).
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Research and analyze industry landscape to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends.
• Support creation of CEO-level executive communications.
