Job summary

Chase's Corporate Development team drives strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions across consumer lines of business. As an Associate, you will lead analyses, build relationships with stakeholders, and influence decisions across Consumer Bank and Wealth Management.

You will support senior executives, develop deal concepts, and guide negotiations, while coordinating with finance, legal, and other functions to advance third-party initiatives and drive value for Chase and its customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience, across financial services and/or management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Able to build relationships inside and outside the company.
• Intellectual curiosity in fintech and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic opportunities for Consumer Bank and Wealth Management.
• Collaboratively develop our book of work and pipeline with lines of business.
• Support presentations and proposals to senior executives.
• Develop partner proposals with overall vision, partnership economics, and product integration.
• Work with finance, legal and other partners to develop business cases and key terms.
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and opportunities.
• Ensure deals are executed in accordance with firm policies and controls.
