Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate to join the Chase Strategy team, working on high-impact, cross-functional projects with senior executives. You will accelerate your career by delivering growth strategies, new product launches, and market entries.

You will rotate across lines of business, collaborate with data science, finance, product, and marketing, and help prepare CEO-level communications. The role offers learning, mentorship, and a path to leadership within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

3+ years experience in strategy-related roles or consulting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems
Ability to learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the strategic priorities for Chase, serving as an objective thought partner to the C-suite and other senior leaders
Collaborate with teams across LOBs and functional areas (e.g., data science, finance, product, marketing)
Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses
Analyze operational and financial data
Research and analyze industry landscape to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends
Support creation of CEO-level executive communications
