Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior strategist to lead analyses for large, complex business initiatives. You will shape project strategies, structure methodologies, and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance.

You will guide cross-functional teams, work with executives on risk and growth opportunities, and advance frameworks for strategic planning. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or commensurate work experience.
• At least 6-8+ years of work experience.
• Preferably 3-4+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct analyses for large, complex business strategy projects.
• Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies and tactics.
• Develop recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.
• Manage large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Lead development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables.
• Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership and expand the knowledge base within the area of expertise.
