Jobtailor is seeking a strategic adviser to guide clients through mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and divestitures in the United States. You will analyze markets, develop frameworks, and lead teams to optimize deal outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a BA with MBA preferred in related fields. Expect extensive travel and a focus on creating value through rigorous financial modeling and competitive analysis.
