Job summary

The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office. Strong storytelling, PowerPoint, analytics, and AI-oriented problem solving are essential, with base salary in the six-figure range plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, ideally internal or management consulting.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and ability to craft compelling presentations.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with knowledge of generative AI and optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Practice Management initiatives and strategic plans.
• Develop MIS, monitor content development, and support investments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Legal, IT, and other BIMs.
• Plan, budgeting, and execution of large-scale team events and activities.
• Prepare internal communications and management presentations.
