Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a strategic thinker for the Strategy & Transformation Office in a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh or Buffalo, NY. You will lead or support key enterprise initiatives, applying data analysis, problem solving, and project management to drive the Living Health strategy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business, 5+ years in strategic planning, 2+ years in consulting, and strong communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related Business/Healthcare work
• 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent experience; 6 years preferred in payer/hospital/care delivery domains

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise with leadership and project management
• Develop strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units
• Identify and resolve complex issues critical to initiative success
• Support initiative alignment and analytics to drive Living Health outcomes
