Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Admin, Public Health or closely related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Public Health
• 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience

Responsibilities

• Support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation. Will participate on a portfolio of projects.
• Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key business units of the Enterprise.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives.
• Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization .
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
