Ladders is seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead, Applied AI to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. You will design and improve operational workflows supporting AI-enabled systems and tech operations, working with Operations and Engineering to translate needs into practical solutions.

This remote US-based role emphasizes cross-functional impact, measurable process improvements, and hands-on ownership across tooling and systems, with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead, Applied AI to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will own the design and improvement of operational workflows that support AI-enabled systems and broader technology operations. You will partner closely with Operations and Engineering to translate business needs into practical technical solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and execution. The position is highly cross-functional and requires someone who can move from problem identification to implementation while driving measurable process and system improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
