Zen Educate, based in London, is hiring a data-minded analyst to own the assessment and modeling of how we recruit educators, allocate budgets, and improve candidate experiences. You will work directly with the Head of Candidate Success in a small, senior team, turning ambiguous problems into defensible recommendations and owning the impact of your decisions on spend and staffing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investing, high-growth startups or similar analytical environments.
• Strong mathematical ability preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet work and SQL advantageous.
• Ability to structure ambiguous commercial problems and reach defensible answers quickly.
• Credibility with operators; trust built by doing the work and showing humility.
