You will lead a UK team of 270+ people, shaping hiring, performance, and people operations to ensure managers can drive great outcomes. This is a high-impact role with direct collaboration with the Co-Founders and the SLT.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders and managers on expectations, feedback, and handling underperformance.
• Support managers through difficult situations and prevent recurring issues.
• Make managers rely on HR while improving their management.
• Assess performance and progression; retain high performers.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and capability.
• Build a top-tier hiring process to identify great candidates efficiently.
• Lead on complex employee matters with calm judgement and coordinated legal input.
• Grow a data-driven UK People function with scalable processes.
