Job summary

KITE is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead and scale its analytics function from London and work with a fast-growing analytics consultancy client. You will own the roadmap, shape the team, and deliver high-quality client outcomes while remaining hands-on across marketing science, MMM, and causal inference.

Qualifications

• Senior/leadership experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Experience mentoring analysts and data scientists.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous with strategic and operational planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics roadmap, tech direction and delivery quality across the company.
• Scale the analytics function and allocate team workload.
• Lead a 3-person data science team and foster high performance.
• Set processes, standards and scalable ways of working.
• Contribute to technical work across MMM, attribution and AI tooling.
• Support client pitches with methodologies and commercial impact.
• Improve operating model, QA, and documentation.
• Explore AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
