Zola is seeking a Senior Associate to join the business management team in NYC. This role partners with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to analyze and execute strategic initiatives, building financial models and analyzing data to drive actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets; Looker or a similar BI platform experience is a plus.
• Excellent quantitative and Excel skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the business to identify and execute on key strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and report on performance along our KPIs across the business.
• Collaborate with Product to identify new features and opportunities, and support them with performance analysis.
• Conduct business and financial analysis of new opportunities and ideas.
• Own the analysis and interpretation of A/B test results and translate outcomes into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute ad hoc strategic analyses as needed.
