Job summary

Amgen seeks an Associate Director - Business Operations Partner for Rheumatology and Nephrology. You will partner with the General Manager and Brand Leadership to translate market dynamics, finance, and customer feedback into strategic actions.

You will lead business planning, scenario analyses, executive storytelling, and governance improvements to advance the business unit's priorities and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Master's degree and 5 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• Associate's degree and 12 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of operations, strategy, business analytics, or commercial experience.

Responsibilities
