You will partner with the executive team and function leaders to evolve operations and build measurement and reporting that moves decisions from intuition to data. The role blends strategy, operations, and financial acumen to support growth in mental health care, working on product launches, new clinics, change management, and performance

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience across strategy and operations, management consulting, or chief-of-staff function, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or technology.
• A track record of running cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build measurement frameworks and operational dashboards.
• Comfort working with large operational data sets and the tools to analyze them.
• Ability to define and track KPIs across operational and financial domains.
• Comfortable taking ambiguous, cross-functional problems and turning them into structured plans with clear measures of success.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to leadership and a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Support strategic and operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Operationalizing and Scaling New Products, Service Lines, and Clinics: Define operating models, staffing, workflows, and systems for new offerings.
• Change Management and Execution: Define rollout approaches, governance, and operating rhythms to support adoption and results.
• Business Operations and Performance: Define and track operational metrics, build dashboards, and provide executive reporting.
