Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a Manager, Growth Operations to drive cross-functional strategy and execution for high-priority growth initiatives. You will manage structured workstreams, synthesize inputs from multiple teams, and prepare executive-ready materials for leadership review.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Strategic Growth, you will coordinate strategic projects, size business cases with analytics and finance, and ensure timely, compliant execution while maintaining organizational velocity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing complex workstreams or projects.
• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate development, or a related growth-focused role.
• Experience navigating corporate structures where rapid adaptation and proactive relationship-building are required to achieve results.
• Experience performing quantitative analysis, including building basic financial or operational models to support strategic corporate decision-making.
• Experience supporting strategy development and execution of workstreams.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations that distill nuanced challenges into clear, applicable strategies for corporate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage structured workstreams and summarize inputs across teams.
• Support executive-ready materials and translate priorities into operational execution.
• Coordinate the development of executive presentations for senior leadership, summarizing inputs from multiple departments.
• Drive collaboration across teams and external partners to ensure seamless follow-on execution of shared business targets.
• Manage daily high-priority requests, rapid-response strategic tasks, and critical operational coordination to maintain velocity.
• Partner with analytical and finance teams to quantitatively size business cases for new commercial priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
