Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations leader to stand up, scale, and develop our go-to-market strategy for Mid-Market advertisers in North America and Europe. You will partner with sales leadership to drive revenue, efficiency, and data-driven decisions while using AI to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks.

In this role, you will structure projects, synthesize data insights, and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Measurement, Product and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in strategic initiatives and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales leaders to drive strategic, organizational, and operational projects to boost revenue and efficiency.
• Develop work plans, collect data, run analyses and present final recommendations to leadership.
• Translate data into insights; communicate recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Leverage large structured data to understand customer interactions with product and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Measurement, Product, and Finance to influence plans and outcomes.
• Identify and redesign processes and systems to scale the business.
• Support company-level strategy planning and execution.
• Apply AI to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks with quality checks.
