Rula is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to accelerate expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare. You will lead scaling of psychiatry services, design safety programs, and partner with supply teams to drive provider acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or strategy roles.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with data querying experience.
