You will lead scaling of psychiatry services, build an office safety program, and partner with supply teams to establish provider channels, value propositions, and demand gen while ensuring regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff or analytical roles at top-tier firms, high-growth tech, or marketplaces.
• 2+ years leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with data querying (Looker, Hex) and complex financial/operational models in Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored for remote environments with ability to synthesize into crisp summaries.
• Strategy development experience; define problems and turn solutions into actionable plans.
