Job summary

Rula is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and accelerate expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare. You will lead scale-up efforts for in-person psychiatry services, and build a robust office safety and suitability program in target markets.

As the operational lead, you will partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels, craft demand generation strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and own high-impact initiatives as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading and executing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff or analytical roles at top-tier firms or tech/marketplace companies.
• Strategy development experience; the ability to define a business problem and turn solutions into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; hands-on data querying and building financial/operational models.

• Experience with Salesforce reporting.

• We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare
• Near term, you will lead our efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services and build a robust office safety and suitability program
• Serving as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry, you will partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels, design compelling value propositions, craft demand generation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets
• As our in-person care model scales and strategic priorities evolve, you will also take ownership of new high-impact initiatives
