You will drive critical initiatives, build finance and analytics infrastructure, and own special projects from fundraising to internal operations, delivering impact for founders and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early-stage founder or operator role.
• Exceptional analytical and structured-thinking skills with comfort in ambiguity.
• Bias to action with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication across all company functions.
• High autonomy and sound judgment without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives end to end across the company.
• Build the operational, financial, and analytical infrastructure to scale — planning, metrics, systems, and reporting.
• Own special projects from fundraising and finance support to internal operations and vendor management.
• Bring structure, data, and clear thinking to the company's most important decisions.
• Take whole problems off the founders' plates and drive them to resolution.
