You will own initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, shaping how the firm runs and delivers results across contact center, operations, technology, and product priorities.

This is an execution role requiring comfort with data, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in business operations or strategy at a high-growth company.
• Experience in corporate transformation or private equity operations.
• Strong quantitative and modeling ability; defend every assumption.
• Ability to move work forward across functions without formal authority.
• Structured problem-solving with blue-sky thinking.
• Discretion and maturity handling sensitive commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance: identify where the business is underperforming, structure the problem, and define success.
• Build the analysis: construct models, size opportunities, and build business cases informing executive decisions.
• Deliver the result: run the implementation through operating change and measured outcomes.
• Move work across functions: drive progress without formal authority, earning credibility with operators.
• Institutionalize what works: convert initiatives into repeatable systems for the owning function.
• Advance technology and product priorities: partner with engineering and product leadership on prioritization and roadmap.
• Communicate to the executive team: translate analysis into crisp recommendations for the CEO and the executive team.
