Qualifications

• Evidence of ownership from start to finish across problems and outcomes.
• Experience shipping software and writing specs for engineers.
• Ability to impose structure on vague problems without a formal spec.
• Comfort moving between pricing, partnerships, and operational topics.
• Clear, concise, decisive written communication for customers and teams.
• Sense for revenue impact and prioritization of work.
• Exposure to multifamily or proptech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the real constraint by talking to stakeholders and evaluating data.
• Build the solution artifacts: specs, models, processes, or partner agreements.
• Drive the work through engineering, sales, CX, and finance to live status.
• Establish durable ownership with a named owner and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional scope, from pricing to marketplace launches as needed.
• Provide concrete updates: findings, decisions, and required resources.
• Apply AI aggressively to research, diagnose, draft, analyze, and automate.
