Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and planning, Chief of Staff, program/portfolio management, or related field.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to create concise, visually compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP and D2O Value Stream leaders to shape priorities and translate them into actionable plans with owners and milestones.
• Develop strategy updates, operating reviews, and transformation narratives for senior executives.
• Own the leadership operating cadence, planning cycles, and progress tracking to ensure alignment and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage executive requests, and ensure timely follow-through on decisions.
• Bring problem-solving discipline and structured recommendations to complex transformation programs.
