Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a strategic, highly organized Chief of Staff for the Design to Operate Value Stream. You will partner with senior leaders to shape priorities, craft clear narratives, and drive cross-functional execution across a 200+ person organization.

You will own the leadership cadence, coordinate planning cycles, and ensure alignment on budgets, OKRs, and key milestones, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business ops, strategy, or CoS roles with transformation experience.
• Partner with senior executives and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Create clear, visually compelling presentations for C-suite audiences.
• Turn broad objectives into coordinated plans with measurable results.
• Strong financial literacy, budgets and resource planning experience.
• Manage competing priorities and fast-moving deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Influence and collaborate across functions to drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Translate end-to-end processes and tech dependencies into priorities and plans.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the D2O Value Stream leader and translate priorities into actionable plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and measures.
• Develop executive-facing narratives and materials for meetings and decisions; maintain leadership alignment.
• Own the leadership operating cadence and planning cycles, tracking progress against commitments.
• Coordinate initiatives across finance, HR, and tech leadership to maintain budget, headcount, and investments.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and enterprise transformation efforts with senior stakeholders.
