HP is seeking a Chief of Staff and Strategic Planning Lead to serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President and Division President of Office Print. The role drives strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, executive decision support, and disciplined execution across a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include translating priorities into actionable operating plans, governance, executive storytelling, and managing leadership cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 7–10+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or related discipline.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs in a large, global, matrixed org.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Division President and leadership team to translate strategy into priorities, plans, and outcomes.
• Establish governance for strategic priorities with milestones, KPIs, risks, and decisions.
• Develop executive-level narratives, strategic reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Synthesize complex information into clear insights and decision frameworks.
• Identify risks and dependencies requiring leadership attention.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives spanning functions and geographies.
• Ensure actions and owners follow through on leadership decisions.
• Design and manage operating cadence for the Division President and leadership team.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, and executive forums.
• Set agendas, frame decisions, surface trade-offs, and maintain focus on priorities.
• Strengthen alignment, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document decisions and track commitments to closure.
• Support change-management with clarity and consistent execution.
