Referment is seeking an associate for its central strategy and operations group. You will work with senior colleagues to tackle high-priority questions that influence how the organisation operates and plans for the future.

This role blends research, analysis, and hands-on delivery. You will turn information from diverse sources into practical recommendations and help implement them across strategic projects with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to structure unfamiliar problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Experience managing projects across multiple teams and keeping work moving.
• Coding or financial-modelling experience is useful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Research complex business and operating questions and synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from analysis through execution.
• Help assess decisions on locations, technology priorities, and long-term plans.
• Coordinate projects involving colleagues from different functions and levels.
