Referment is seeking a senior associate for its management reporting team within Financial Operations. The role concentrates on compensation, economics, and commercial questions that influence key decisions.

You will turn imperfect information into clear, executive-ready analysis while strengthening the team’s analytics and tech use. Working close to senior leadership, you will partner with stakeholders, frame problems, and present findings that guide strategic choices.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in management‑company finance, compensation consulting, or internal strategy in a large alt asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field; advanced degree optional.
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to produce sound analyses from incomplete data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders on bespoke analysis related to compensation, economics, and strategic questions.
• Frame ambiguous problems, structure rigorous analyses, and present results for decision-making.
• Present concise findings and new perspectives to senior audiences.
