Job summary

Point B is seeking an Associate for an onsite client-facing role that leads small projects or a workstream within a larger program. The Associate plans and manages work, identifies risks, and engages with project teams and clients to reach goals.

Responsibilities include designing project plans, producing management artifacts, conducting data analysis, and delivering documentation that supports business objectives. Growth, collaboration, and proactive communication are core to success.

Responsibilities

• Works on client-facing or internal projects under the supervision of engagement leaders, project leaders, or workstream leaders
• Supports engagement teams and clients across the lifecycle of engagements
• Contributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilities
• Plans, designs, and implements project/workstream plans with minimal oversight
• Develops project management artifacts including workback schedules, dependency diagrams, and risk logs
• Conducts data analysis to support project findings
• Develops project deliverables and documentation aligned to business objectives
• Plans and facilitates effective project meetings, driving discussions to resolution
• Collaborates with business leaders, project and technical teams
• Communicates clearly and proactively to peers and client stakeholders
• Listens for client needs and articulates Point B capabilities to address them
• Supports growth through business development activities and relationship building
• Fosters authentic teamwork and helps others achieve professional goals
• Contributes to firm-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
