Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment firm to hire a chief of staff associate who will work directly with the Investor Relations chief of staff, the head of Investor Relations, and senior team members. You will lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects, including strategic initiatives, analyses that shape fundraising strategy, and resource allocation within the team.

You will also contribute to developing generative AI capabilities and strategy, with expanding responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects supporting senior Investor Relations staff and business unit management.
