Home Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Associate, Strategy & Business Operations to drive growth initiatives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to turn analysis into execution, building tools and automation that scale across the business.

You’ll move between deep analytical work and hands-on development, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve margins, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic and professional track record.
• 2–4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, PE, strategy, business operations, or growth roles.
• Experience building and deploying tools, automations, data systems, or AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong business judgment—link data to operational and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and launch new growth channels to drive revenue.
• Identify revenue, margin, or inefficiency gains and build solutions, including automation or AI.
• Build business cases for investments, product expansions, and market opportunities.
• Evaluate marketplace performance across consumer and provider dynamics.
• Build models, dashboards, and tools to inform decisions.
• Hypothesize, test, and launch UX improvements across web properties.
• Monitor core P&L KPIs and surface risks and growth opportunities.
• Experiment with LLMs and automation to move faster and smarter.
