Job summary

Blockaid is seeking an analytics-minded professional to join the CEO Office, reporting to the Director, Office of the CEO, and translating GTM and sales performance data into actionable recommendations.

This onsite role in Midtown Manhattan four days a week offers extensive leadership exposure, competitive compensation, and equity in a fast-growing security company at the intersection of technology, finance, and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
• High proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Track record of turning data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow
• Ability to wear multiple hats and operate without a playbook
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance (preferred from top-tier/Ivy League)

Responsibilities

• Build and own executive-level reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility into revenue and GTM metrics
• Support CEO Office in quarterly Board deck preparation and alignment with VPs
• Automate repetitive workflows using AI tools to reduce busywork
• Prepare concise presentations and briefing materials for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support core sales operations: CRM data integrity, pipeline hygiene, territory and quota planning
• Own cross-functional projects and adapt to shifting priorities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, or People
• Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses on pricing, market sizing, and competitive positioning

Job description

Blockaid is the security layer for the onchain world. We protect millions of users and many of the largest wallets, exchanges, and protocols in crypto from scams, hacks, and malicious transactions - screening billions of transactions and dApp interactions to stop threats before they reach users. As adoption of onchain finance accelerates, so does the demand for what we do, and our go-to-market team is scaling globally to meet it.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Director, Office of the CEO, working closely with him and our global leadership team to analyze GTM and sales performance data - pipeline health, win/loss trends, funnel conversion, forecasting accuracy - and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

This position is onsite at our Midtown Manhattan office 4x/week and has an immense amount of leadership exposure. Interested in diving deep into a fast-paced startup role while working alongside our executive leadership team?

Target salary range is 120k+ annually with flex for the ideal candidate. No relocation assistance or sponsorship is available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Build and own executive-level reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into revenue and GTM metrics
• Support CEO Office in quarterly Board deck (narrative, reporting, aligning with VPs)
• Automate repetitive or manual workflows using AI tools, eliminating busywork wherever you find it
• Prepare structured, concise presentations and briefing materials for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support core sales operations: CRM data integrity, pipeline hygiene, territory and quota planning support
• Own the projects that fall between functions - one week could be Sales, the next Marketing, Finance, or People. If it helps the business move faster, it's fair game
• Run ad hoc strategic analyses - pricing, market sizing, competitive positioning - to inform leadership decisions
• Take on new projects and shifting priorities as scope evolves; there's no fixed playbook for this seat
• Be available outside standard business hours when the business requires it

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
• High proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• A track record of turning data into real insight for senior stakeholders, delivered through structured, concise presentations
• Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
• A gritty, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset - comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating without a playbook
• A natural instinct to simplify messy processes and cut unnecessary steps
• Comfort with availability beyond a standard 9-5
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance
• Bonus: degree from a top-tier or Ivy League institution
• Nice to have: experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
