Job summary

Picogrid is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape cadence and the scaffolding that drives rapid growth. You will work with senior leaders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, and People to translate priorities into executable work and ensure timely delivery.

This high-exposure role partners closely with leadership to build scalable solutions, manage cross-functional programs, and design effective operational workflows in a fast-paced defense-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or a comparable analytical/operational role at a high-growth tech or defense company.
• Track record of owning cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; comfortable building financial models and executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Set Picogrid's building cadence with operating rhythms and planning cycles.
• Develop the strategic scaffolding behind major decisions and partnerships.
• Translate top priorities into clear, executable plans and drive to completion.
• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from definition to implementation.
• Evaluate and implement CRM, ERP, BI, and project-tracking tools suitable for our stage.
• Surface critical information through dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and compliance gaps, design better workflows, and drive adoption.
