Job summary

Picogrid, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we build and scale in a fast-moving environment. You will craft the frameworks, cadences, and analyses that turn ambition into an actionable plan, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, and People.

You’ll translate top priorities into executable workstreams, drive them end-to-end, and ensure alignment, pace, and accountability as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or similar roles at high-growth tech or defense firms.
• Track record of owning cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; able to build models and executive presentations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to translate direction into plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize complex info for executives.
• U.S. Person status required for access to ITAR-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Set building cadence and operating rhythms to keep a fast-scaling company aligned.
• Build frameworks, models, and analysis to inform expansion, partnerships, and priorities.
• Translate top strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and drive them to completion.
• Own high-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from definition to implementation.
• Evaluate and implement tools and systems (CRM, project management, BI, compliance).
• Surface information with dashboards and leadership reporting to enable clear visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and compliance gaps; design improved workflows and drive adoption.
